Hope. :)

Hi, friends! Sincere apologies for (temporarily :)) abandoning this blog. There’s been so much awesome/amazing/wonder-ful stuff a’happenin’, that I’ve barely had time to eat/sleep/breathe, much less post coherent thoughts (longer than Tweets, anyway ;)). Big hugs and thanks to everyone who sent gentle nudges to remind me to get back to it. (But don’t forget you can always find me at KinkyHorror.com, aka my one true love. Feel free to stop by and say ho-wdy anytime, even if ho-rror ain’t yo thang. 😉 xoxo)

(“Alice Cooper in Wonderland”.  :))

(This Zombie Tramp cosplayer made my millenium!! 🙂 xoxo)

(From the Carrie prom…I’ll be posting more on that on KH in the next day or so. After healing happens… 😉 x0)

I figured today is as good a day as any to get back to bizniz over here, as I’m currently dealing with a heavy heart (as I know a lot of my fellow American-ites are). I’m bummed about the election results, of course, but I’m even more saddened by the pessimistic reactions I’m seeing all over the place. It’s sad to see how divided we are, and the anger and hatred so many are voicing right now.

As flawed as it is, this is our country, and the reality is that Biff Tannen is now our President.

We can choose to wallow in defeat and disillusionment, or we can decide to move forward and make real, positive change happen.

In Hillary’s own, emotional words, “Never stop believing that fighting for what’s right is worth it.” I solemnly swear to NEVER stop fighting for the betterment of our  beautiful, broken world, even when the odds seemed stacked against the side of righteousness.

Peace, love, hugs…and a lil’ bit o’ inspiration. (It’s still #NCBD, after all!! 😉 xoxo)

(#Always. :))

(#FTN…But that’s a story for another day. 😉 xoxox)

PS- This is still beautiful. 🙂

  • Keep wearing all your Blue Lantern rings and t-shirts and wrap yourself up in hope. I’ve gone through an Independence Referendum and Brexit and was on the losing side both times so I feel your pain. Just have to keep hoping for a better result next time.

    And maybe buy and island.
